Terms & Conditions

Horsey Shades respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site, specifically during the checkout process. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and which page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Or, if they do pass along personal information for whatever reasons, they would state this instead. This policy should be tailored to how the merchant intends to use the information they are given.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  Horsey Shades currently uses Paypal for payment processing, and no payment information is entered directly on our web site.  Paypal also uses SSL technology to encrypt any information entered while on their site.  Horsey Shades is not responsible for any security breach arising from use of a third-party web site.

Colorado Law states that no equine eye apparel may be returned due to cross-contamination.  Because we sell to many owners whose horses are already facing eye issues, we respect this law to prevent the spread of disease and all sales are final.

Sizing for Horsey Shades is very comparable to other mask brands on the market. Please try to order by using our sizing chart to ensure a correct fit. If you find your Horsey Shade still does not fit correctly, we are happy to make alterations to your mask free of charge. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping.

If you have a hard-to-fit horse, we also offer custom cuts. Please contact us for custom options and size requirements.

Horsey Shades will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Typically we use the  U.S. Postal Service (USPS), but may also use United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you need to have your order expidited or handled by a specific carrier, please contact us.
